As a Human Resources Generalist, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our team members are supported and empowered to achieve their goals. You'll be responsible for handling a variety of tasks, including investigations, hiring and onboarding, data entry, and reporting functions. You'll also have the opportunity to develop and implement training plans for supervisors and provide guidance to employees and supervisors on a wide range of HR-related topics.
We're looking for someone with at least 3 years of Generalist HR experience in a large company, with a particular emphasis on investigations. You should also have strong grammar, data entry, organization, time management, and interpersonal communication skills, as well as the ability to accurately process a high volume of detailed information in an environment with frequent interruptions. Discretion is also a must, as you'll be handling confidential information.
