This specific role will be responsible for working cross functionally across all departments to streamline processes and procedures to ensure overall success within the organization. This team member will implement and ensure that initiatives are met within the organization and metrics for these are tracked according to company policy and procedures.


Primary Responsibilities


  • Demonstrated commitment to the ChartRequest PATH. On the ChartRequest PATH, you’ll be bound by a value system that is critical to success.   • Provide support to managers in addressing and documenting employees’ performance issues
  • Assist managers career development and retention initiatives
  • Administer employee recognition and award program in consultation with team leaders
  • Lead, manage, and support the Human Resources functions (people management, PTO Management, labor-based budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, recruiting, HR onboarding (Gusto and Keka), benefits management, performance management) of the organization alongside the Management Team;
  • Assist managers and employees with employee relations issues and maintain consistency in the application of Company policies and procedures
  • Create, review, and manage all administration and compliance audits and schedules
  • Assist managers with the selection and implementation of training initiatives.
  • Create new, and manage, existing Admin, and HR scorecards and system dashboards to measure, monitor, and improve key workflows, processes, and KPIs (Google Sheets, Jira, Hubspot, and other systems)
  • Assist managers in identifying position requirements: Place job postings, screen resumes, interview candidates, coordinate background checks & testing and participate in hiring decisions;
  • Serve as point of contact to candidates, employees, affiliates, hiring managers, and HR Core staff, and external parties to provide information regarding HR processes, procedures, and offerings.
  • Effectively utilize a variety of documented procedures and technology tools to manage and coordinate the administrative processing and execution of assigned time-sensitive HR process activities and transactions.
  • Coordinate performance review, Incentive Compensation Plans and salary review processes
  • Coordinate the publishing and updating of the company employee handbook

  • Lead and manage weekly LVL10 departmental meetings and assistance with goal setting across your functional teams of HR, Finance, and Administration.
  • Develop and coordinate an on-boarding process that helps create and cement the Company culture
  • Create, review, manage, distribute, and measure all HR and Admininternal communications related to policy, process, workflow, and business changes to ensure that all key communications are properly and consistently cascaded across the organization with a plan for post-communication measurement and monitoring;
  • Cross-functionally support and assist the Sales, Marketing, Client Services, Operations, Product/Development, Administration, and Finance functions alongside the Executive Leadership Team (ELT)
  • Assist managers with the termination process and conduct exit interviews as needed.

Required Qualifications & Experience


  • Exceptional written and verbal skills
  • Experience with EOS, LVL10 Meetings, and Rock Setting (Preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience supporting the HR/Admin functions (PMP or similar credentials a bonus;)
  • 5+ years of direct & cross-functional leadership and management experience
  • Highly organized with strong cross functional collaboration skills
  • Detail-oriented and takes pride in their work
  • Persistent and Precise
  • 4-year Bachelor’s degree (Required)
  • Experience with the following systems is a bonus: Xero, Gusto, Jira Enterprise
