Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION-Human Resource Business Partner


You will transform the strategies of the Aerospace team into an HR agenda and execution plan that will support goals as the HR Business Partner in Huntsville, Alabama. In collaboration with the HR COEs, you will create talent, total rewards, capability building, and cultural programs that improve performance.


This HR business partner will be instrumental in guiding results by serving as the program leader for organizational, talent, and cultural initiatives across HR. You will be seated at the Huntsville, Alabama, plant and report to Sr. HRBP Aerospace, Global Operations. SALARY: Minimum: $120,000.00 | Maximum: $130,000.00 DOE


Key Responsibilities-Human Resource Business Partner


  • Plan, enhance, and complete standard procedures (such as talent, rewards, engagement, succession, and development) in collaboration with (global, regional, and local) executives.
  • Ensure that HR strategies and programs are implemented globally, balancing the demands of local businesses and programs while promoting a ONE PPG approach.
  • Deliver sustained business/function success over the short- and long-term through the development of strategic capabilities.
  • Using data and analytics, translate business and corporate strategies into the (global, regional, local) HR agenda. Develop talent, total rewards, engagement, performance, culture, and capability building to (global, regional, and local) results utilizing data as a trusted advisor to (business/function/site) leadership.


In order to drive awareness, responsibility, and customized measures where necessary, champion and promote diversity and inclusion efforts. By using productivity analysis, resource planning, organizational structure, and resource deployment, you may increase the workforce.


  • Assist the Tier 1PPSC, Centers of Excellence, and other HRBPs in delivering excellence and assuring response and escalation in the workday on complicated or ambiguous problems to support overall HR effectiveness and the delivery of a customer experience.
  • Adviser to ER/LR COE during crucial talks involving social partner ties (unions/works councils) and CLA agreements.
  • Assistance with local, straightforward problem solving (including employee relations, time and attendance, and compensation) and policy observance using accepted global, regional, and local standards and procedures. Enlist ER/LR COE and local experts from your region or nation to handle difficult situations and to guarantee precision and consistency in handling common policy issues.


Qualifications- Human Resource Business Partner


  • Bachelor's Degree in HR or related, and we would like to see additional education or HRIC or SHRM certifications.
  • 8 +years of Human Resources experience prefer high level of expertise in specialist areas including organizational development, recruitment, talent development, compensation and benefits, employee, and labor relations.
