Beehive Federal Credit Union is seeking a part-time HR Assistant provide professional support to the Human Resources Department. Responsible for oversight of the Service All-Star Program as well as various executive projects. This position works Monday-Friday 25 hours per week. Schedule can be flexible.



  • Performs other duties as assigned and performs all duties in compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act. Works at or attends community events as assigned. Strives in all that they do to enhance the member experience at BFCU, including actively engaging in needs-based cross-servicing.
  • Responsible for development and management of the Service All-Star program, including, but not limited to: brand implementation, surveys, quizzes, and tracking spreadsheets.
  • Assists HR team with special projects and day-to-day administrative support. Manage HR personnel file database by monitoring and updating user access. Manage Limeade Listening engagement platform on behalf of the HR team by creating, scheduling, sending, and responding to messages on anonymous surveys. Write and create reports to share results with the executive team.
  • Assist the executive team with various projects as directed. Create reports for the executive team on employee engagement, cross-servicing, and HR quarterly statistics.


Qualifications


  • Advanced Excel knowledge and experience required.
  • Strong organizational skills required.
  • A high school education or GED; prefer a two-year college degree or completion of specialized training.
  • Ability to handle and monitor multiple tasks.
  • Strong writing skills required.
  • One to twelve months of similar or related experience. Human resource experience a plus.
  • Must have excellent communication skills as work involves personal contact with others and is of a personal or sensitive nature.
