Human Resources Generalist Background: Craft Culinary Concepts is a food and beverage provider State Farm Stadium. The talented team at Craft Culinary Concepts brings their top tier service and management to leading stadiums, sports venues, cultural attractions and music venues across the nation. These custom-tailored experiences range from corporate events, weddings, festivals, professional sports games all the way up to the Super Bowl! Job Summary: Under the direct supervision of the Sr. Manager, People Operations, the People Operations Generalist will support all aspects of Human Resources (People Operations). This position is responsible for the detailed coordination between all departments within Craft Culinary Concepts. Primary Job Duties: Processing of bi-weekly payroll including issuing of pay cards Recruiting and staffing as needed including job postings, job fairs, screening, scheduling interviews, onboarding, new hire orientation, new hire paperwork, etc. Coordinate temporary staffing with third-party agencies including determining needs, placing orders, following up prior to events, and working with on-site managers on event day Oversee vendor management, update schedule if needed Oversee CCC Work Program Credentialing including timelines, need for credentials, communicating with temp agencies, and coordinate with NPO Coordinator for NPO's During events, oversee check-in and check-out of employees and volunteers, including uniforms, and be available to help answer any questions that may arise Manage and maintain files and records effectively with all HRIS' available including updating certifications, etc. Assist in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance Other duties as assigned Qualifications/Requirements: At least 4 years of experience within People Operations, preferred Experience working with non-profit organizations Experience in food and beverage industry Experience supporting a healthy culture within an organization Ability to effectively work in a fast-paced environment with multiple competing priorities that require strong project management and decision-making capabilities and flexibility Highly motivated with a strong work ethic Can communicate effectively with all individuals across the organization Collaborative and team-oriented Able to maintain confidential information Accuracy and attention to detail required Must have a driver's license Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time Available to work on event days including nights, weekends, and holidays Must attain a valid TEAM or TIP certification card Must attain a valid County Food Handler's Card on file with Craft and in your possession for each event worked Must complete all pre-employment forms and successfully pass a background check Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods of up to four (4) hours in length Ability to lift up to 20-30 pounds on a regular basis Ability to work in extreme temperature fluctuations and around excessive noise AAP/EEO STATEMENT Craft Culinary Concepts is an equal employment opportunity employer and, as such, we consider individuals for employment according to their abilities and performance.
