Monaghan Medical is currently searching for a Human Resources Generalist to join our team. The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for working collaboratively with the HR manager, support employees and leaders in achieving their day-to-day deliverables by executing HR processes and responding to information or service requests. The role supports the business's ongoing pursuit for operational efficiency by identifying and implementing process improvements. Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years HR experience and 2 years experience in full life-cycle recruiting Candidate should have previous experience with an HRIS system with strong written and verbal communication skills. Candidate must be able to multi-task, work independently and have a high level of confidentiality.
