Job Details

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resource Associate to join our dynamic team in the engineering industry. As a Permanent Human Resource Associate, you will play a crucial role in managing our employees and ensuring that we have the right talent to drive our business forward. This is a full-time position with competitive salary and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee training and development programs to ensure that employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.
• Manage the performance management process, including setting goals, conducting performance evaluations, and providing feedback and coaching to employees.
• Manage the recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company's goals and values, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits.
• Manage employee relations, including addressing employee grievances, conducting investigations, and providing guidance and support to managers and employees.
• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including conducting orientation sessions, preparing paperwork, and coordinating with various departments to ensure a smooth transition.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, payroll records, and other HR-related documents.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• SHRM certification preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in human resources, preferably in the engineering industry.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
