DESCRIPTION
Seeking a customer-focused, passionate, dedicated, creative, innovative, and motivated HTM Biomed Associate MarketManager. As HTM Biomed Associate Marketing Manager, you will lead the go-to-market strategy and be the resident subject matter expert for our HTM Biomed product portfolio to achieve our order and sales goals. This is a multi-faceted role, which ultimately serves as the central point of contact to the Med-Lab sales force for product information, sales support, and training. On a routine basis, you will collaborate with colleagues to drive solution-specific strategies, campaigns, and activities. Ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment by showcasing organizational management and presentation skills, prioritization, and adherence to escalation protocols, with an attention to detail is required for success in this position. Your day-to-day tasks include managing and coordinating with marketing, sales, development, and creative staff, leading HTM efforts to uncover the viability of current and existing products/services.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain an on-going understanding of the HTM Biomed market, customer needs, competitive landscape, and industry trends, as it applies to HTM Biomed trends.
- Travel Med-Lab's territory as an ambassador for our innovations by attending trade shows, visiting customers, delivering sales trainings, and participating in workshops.

- Create, implement, and monitor sales and marketing programs.
- Create and execute the annual HTM Biomed budget and planning activities.
- Your day-to-day tasks include managing and coordinating with marketing, sales, development and creative staff, leading HTM efforts to uncover the viability of current and existing products/services.

- Contribute to the overall HTM Biomed product portfolio strategy, e.g., product definition, positioning, pricing guidance and system configuration.
- Develop content for sales tools and customer-facing materials, such as sales presentations, collateral, sales tools and other types of print and online media.
- Develop and deliver sales training and provide sales support.
- Manage product launches; address market/healthcare trends and needs through optimum marketing messaging and positioning.
- Perform market assessments using strategic planning; monitoring and evaluating the competition and proactively creating and adjusting market metrics.
- Provide technical and product-related support to our team.
- Develops, drives, and executes a go to market strategy and collaborates effectively with key stakeholders internally / externally.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES

- Understanding of business-to-business (B2B) product messaging and marketing tactics
- Willing to go the extra mile to keep our initiatives and messaging one step ahead of the competition

- Experience working in matrixed organization.
- Familiar with business planning and market segmentation
- Ability to communicate with all levels of healthcare provider and Med-Lab personnel.
- Comfortable working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, Dynamics, OneNote, and Teams, CMMS Software applications
- Experience with project management, strategic planning, and value-based selling desirable
QUALIFICATIONS
- HTM program modeling and pricing preferred.
- Prior HTM Account Management/HTM Sales or Program experience required, minimum 3 years
- BS/BA or greater in Marketing, Biomedical, Biomedical Sciences, or related field
- 3 years’ experience in HTM Operations and/or Sales
- Minimum 5 years product marketing or sales experience
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS
- Occasional squatting, climbing stairs, crouching, and kneeling
- Prolonged standing or walking
- Frequent bending, stooping, reaching, and lifting
- Frequently lifts and carries up to fifty pounds
- Potential exposure to biohazard, dust, electronic and bacterial cleaners.
