About This Role:


The Human Resource Resolution Specialist will assist employees in the PCA Choice and 245D programs by resolving timesheet issues, managing pay rates and other payroll related support.


  • Enter and update direct deposit information.
  • Manage timesheet issues, including reviewing timesheets on hold and resolving paycheck issues.
  • Enter and update payrate changes.
  • Manage enhanced rate confirmation process.


About You:


  • Have a valid driver’s license, clean driving record and reliable transportation to use for work driving purposes.
  • Must pass a background study with the Minnesota Department of Human Services.
  • Demonstrate creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Have effective communication techniques, and the ability to communicate challenging concepts both over the phone, and in electronic communication
  • Understanding of Federal and State Employment Laws and Requirements such as DOL guidelines
  • Demonstrate proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office tools, and possess excellent documentation skills
  • Two-year degree or one (1) year of experience in a human resources field.
  • Exposure to home health or human services is a plus
  • Ability to adapt to rapid change and work effectively in a fast pace environment
  • Demonstrate knowledge of the Human Resources Department and its essential functions


About this role:


  • Assist Direct Support Professionals with questions related to ADP services
  • Work closely with Human Resources Supervisors to provide support in other areas as needed
  • Process Direct Deposit Information and order WiselyPay cards for urgent payroll needs, and serve as a backup for HR team
  • Document each grievance into internal database, follow up as needed
  • Process takeback requests from payroll and billing department as requested
  • Collaborate and provide resolutions over the phone and via email for Direct Support Professionals with concerns and/or grievances
  • Maintain Accra Job Board requests and assist clients and employees with creating profiles
