This role will be involved with everything ranging from employee relations, payroll, talent acquisition, and partnering with business leaders on various employee initiatives. Responsibilities


As an HR Generalist, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to


  • Maintaining employee records through a human resource management system.
  • Providing support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and and compensation, and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Managing payroll and benefits for employees.
  • Implementing and managing various human resources programs within the company.
  • Promoting HR programs to create create an efficient and conflict-free-free workplace.
  • Assisting in in the development and implementation of human resource policies.
  • Conducting employee onboarding and facilitating training & development development initiatives.
  • Over Overseeing employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
  • Assisting in talent acquisition and recruitment recruitment processes, ensuring we attract and retain the best best talent.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies policies and regulatory obligations.


Qualifications


To be considered for the HR Generalist role, you must have


  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a strong attention to detail detail.
  • Solid understanding of of payroll and benefits.
  • A degree in Human Resources or or related field is preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years of proven experience experience as an HR Generalist or similar role in the Human Resources field.
  • Strong knowledge of of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques.
  • Experience in managing employee relations and equipped with conflict resolution skills.
  • Familiarity with HR practices and labor legislation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills skills.
  • Proficient with HR software, including ADP, UKG, Workday, or equivalent tools.
