- Providing support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and and compensation, and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Managing payroll and benefits for employees.
- Implementing and managing various human resources programs within the company.
- Promoting HR programs to create create an efficient and conflict-free-free workplace.
- Assisting in in the development and implementation of human resource policies.
- Conducting employee onboarding and facilitating training & development development initiatives.
- Over Overseeing employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
- Assisting in talent acquisition and recruitment recruitment processes, ensuring we attract and retain the best best talent.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies policies and regulatory obligations.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a strong attention to detail detail.
- Solid understanding of of payroll and benefits.
- A degree in Human Resources or or related field is preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years of proven experience experience as an HR Generalist or similar role in the Human Resources field.
- Strong knowledge of of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques.
- Experience in managing employee relations and equipped with conflict resolution skills.
- Familiarity with HR practices and labor legislation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills skills.
- Proficient with HR software, including ADP, UKG, Workday, or equivalent tools.
