Job Description
If you have 3+ years of HR and events planning with a small company - this opportunity is your dream role for growth and future promotions! Our client, a CPG company in Fairfield County, is seeking an HR Coordinator to join their growing team. This team is looking for someone to join them who is excited about career development and understands the importance of employee relations. In this role, you will have an opportunity to work within a stellar HR team that puts an emphasis on mentorship - developing your skills to bring you to the next level. Simultaneously you will directly impact company culture and employee engagement through new hire onboarding, company events, off-site activities, and managing the company’s internship program.


  • 3-5 years of HR or related experience
  • Excel and Microsoft Suite proficient
  • Knowledge of HRIS system (variety welcome)
  • Event / Corporate engagement planning experience
