Posting Summary
As a member of Residential Life’s business management team, provide support for human resource operations to include staff search and recruiting process coordination, payroll processing, student employment and other HR transactional support, and departmental onboarding. Advise and train staff on procedures, policies, and compliance matters; monitor processes and transactions for accuracy. Liaise with central administrative departments on behalf of Residential Life and exercise confidentiality with Residential Life personnel information.

Minimum Qualifications (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
Associate’s Degree or two years of Human Resources or related experience. Strong computer skills including proficiency with spreadsheet and database applications. Effective communication and customer service skills with demonstrated success resolving problems in a timely manner.

Desirable Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree, or any degree in Human Resources.

Experience in Microsoft Office applications is highly desirable. Demonstrated commitment to diversity, social justice, and fostering a collaborative multicultural environment highly desirable.
