  • Manage customer questions and cases via Hilton’s case management tool by triaging cases, researching Team Member questions, and responding effectively and efficiently to ensure complete Team Member satisfaction.
  • Review and coordinate the new hire, transfer, termination, and Team Member personnel change processes to ensure accordance with established policies, procedures, and timeliness.
  • Maintain and handle files for personnel as well as company purposes.
  • Provide administrative support.
  • Coordinate unemployment claims including capturing required documentation and submitting it to the third-party administrator(s), and scheduling unemployment hearings with key management and HR personnel.
  • Liaise with vendors on background checks, Form I-9s, workers' compensation claims, and other processes as needed.
  • Support position management and payroll processes (processing of merit increases, promotions, transfers, and coordination with Payroll on retro-pay).
  • Interact with Team Members and other work groups to ensure appropriate documentation is obtained and retained in compliance with FMLA and ADA regulations.
  • Facilitate New Hire Orientation, as well as coordinate and manage all onboarding activities (processing job offers, processing/escalation of background checks) for new and transferring Team Members within the Corporate business unit.
  • Support processes for employment verification requests, employment eligibility requests, Team Member relocation requests, and other requests.
