HR Assistant / Receptionist - Now Hiring!


Location: St. Paul, MN


Pay Range: $17.00-$18.00/hour


Schedule: Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm


We are searching for an HR Assistant/Receptionist to help support the St. Paul, MN office! This role performs a variety of responsible administrative functions that may include payroll, human resources, office management, scheduling, accounts payable and/or accounts receivable. To ensure success in this role, the ideal candidate should demonstrate excellent active listening and communication skills, good personal presentation, politeness and tact, and be able to function in a high-pressure environment.

Hiring Requirements:


  • 18 years of age or older
  • Computer literacy
  • Calm, polite and professional behavior
  • Reliable and self-motivated
  • Must have previous office, customer service or security experience
  • Ability to advise management

  • High School Diploma or GED Required
