- Preparing onboarding packets and other onboarding materials in preparation for each General Onboarding session.
- Responsible for timely and accurate entry of all new hires into the HRIS software.
- Accurate and timely completion of the General Onboarding planning file.
- Ensures all I-9 documents and APS/CPS checks are completed accurately and completely within required timelines. Scans and/or files all completed items within the designated timelines.
- Responsible for the facilitation of all General Onboarding sessions, both full time day and evening sessions.
- Accurate and timely completion of all documented hiring procedures. Examples include reporting new hires to the state of NE, reporting Nurse Techs to the state registry, filing of new hire photos and creating new hire photo badges.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- At least one year of experience performing human resource functions or education equivalent required.
