BASIC PURPOSE:
To ensure the cleanliness of the guest rooms/units’ interior and exterior including guest doors, patios, balconies, stairwells, walkways, pathways, corridors, windows, trash rooms and linen closets, laundry rooms, landings, elevators, etc. Other responsibilities include handling guest requests stocking and removing linen, linen sorting, daily exterior premises cleaning, deep cleaning and performing special projects.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Check guest floors/walkways for paper, insects, debris, cigarette butts, room service items, etc.
2. Check all walls sconces for burnt out light bulbs.
3. Sweep and damp mop floors.
4. Clean and disinfect room number signs and door handles – Lead With Care
5. Clean and disinfect ice machine and door handles
6. Maintain the cleanliness of all guest public spaces, restrooms, FSP and back of house
7. Collect garbage and dirty linen on all floors and take it down to laundry.
8. Guest room to be stripped of linen and trash on the day of departure
9. Deliver guest requests from housekeeping, marking them as complete in the device once they have been delivered
10. Adheres to the established standard of safety, Lead With Care, fire regulations, and department procedures and policies.
11. Comply with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact .
12. Use company issued ID to enter the building
13. Pick-up device/work assignments from the Housekeeping Department, and review for any questions.
14. Clock in/out, using the designated clocks. Approve timecard daily. Enter code to retrieve keys.
15. Report to assigned areas(s) with required keys, equipment, supplies, etc.
16. May perform other duties as assigned
17. Respond to and resolve all service orders (guest/Room Attendant) within 7 minutes
18. Shampoo/spot clean carpet as requested
NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Report any damages or repairs and maintenance needed to Housekeeping .
2. Report any items found in check-out units to Security
