We are seeking a hardworking,motivated individual who loves plants and working outdoors to join our Garden Division. We provide technical expertise, care and design ideas for high-end, very detailed, and horticulturally intense residential properties. Training, personal and professional growth, and group cohesion are very important factors in finding the right candidate for our team.
Required skills:
- 2 years Horticulture or related field
- Bachelors or Associates in related field a plus.
- Experience in proper pruning practices of trees shrubs & vines; dead heading and weeding
- Knowledge of plant taxonomy and culture
- Plant layout, small garden and container design.
- Strong Customer service skills.
- Self motivated , organized, detailed and can follow directions.
- Valid Drivers license, clean driving record
- Willing to climb ladders and lift 50 lbs
- Must pass a drug test
