Home Health Scheduler - 0.2 FTE- Weekends Only

Schedule Details: This .2 FTE commits to 8 hours per week. Work every other weekend, 7am-11am Saturday and Sunday mornings. Be open to work additional hours or switch with partner scheduler as needed to cover PTO and staff absences. This is not a seasonal or temporary position.

Our highly skilled team provides a wide array of services, including medication education and management, injections and intravenous therapy, wound care, nutritional counseling, bowel and bladder management and much more. Physical, occupational and speech therapists address home safety concerns, strengthening and rehabilitation needs. Our licensed social workers offer assistance with community resources, financial assistance and supportive care and counseling to patients and families.

The Home Health Scheduler is responsible for coordinating all activities related to scheduling staff and patient assignments for ProHealth Home Care and Hospice. Specifically, accurate scheduling, registering and entering data of patient information into the Epic system.


Qualifications


  • 2 years of scheduling experience preferred
  • High School Diploma / GED Required
