Our organization is seeking a hardworking individual to assist patients who require additional medical assistance. The position is both physically and mentally demanding, but very rewarding.

The Certified Nursing Assistant/HHA will be responsible for assisting with daily care of ill or injured adults or children in the clients home.

Responsibilities:

• Lift and move patients or assist them with movement.
• Answer questions from patients, their families and visitors.
• Accompany patients and assist them in activities of daily living.
• Teach patients and their families how to care for themselves at home
• Monitor patients' conditions and report changes to Agency Director.
