Home Health Aide - Full-Time

Ridgeview Place Senior Living, a 57-apartment Assisted Living (AL) and memory care community located in Sauk Rapids, MN, is seeking Home Health Aides (HHA) to join our team. Home Health Aides provide meaningful support, positively impacting the lives of our residents.

Wages: wages up to $22.25/hour depending on experience.:
Job Summary: Home Health Aides (HHAs) perform tasks as delegated and/or indicated on resident care plans. Assists residents in daily living activities such as dressing and undressing, bathing, dining, and cleaning services.
Qualifications:

• Able to interact professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, residents’ families, and employees.
• Must be capable of performing the Essential Functions of this job, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Able to follow all safety rules, regulations, policies and procedures.
