Job Description

Crest View Senior Communities is seeking positive and dedicated Home Health Aides to join our amazing team and serve older adults in our Columbia Heights and Blaine Campuses. Crest View offers a full continuum of care including skilled nursing, assisted living, independent living, and memory care in our faith-based Crest View Senior Communities. The Home Health Aide is responsible for assisting clients with personal care needs when necessary and ensuring our client's are able to maintain their highest level of independence.

Job Qualifications
  • Preferably, experience in a SNF environment or assisted living.
  • Strength and mobility to lift weight over 25 lbs.
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Must have HHA certification in the State of Minnesota.
