Prepares routine and STAT microscopic slides from all tissue removed during surgery procedures that will be interpreted by the Pathologists in the diagnosis of disease. Responsible for organizing work load as assigned. Displays professional, safe conduct in all interactions. High School Diploma/GED

Certification as a Histologist (HT ASCP or HTL ASCP)

Experience in large volume hospital based Histology Lab

Experience in operating all histology related equipment
