Job Description

About the Job

The CTEE is a student-run non-profit with the goal of connecting students with professionals and programs in economics, business, and finance. To us, economic intuition and financial literacy are more important now than ever before; however, most teens lack the resources necessary to succeed. Through monthly webinars, internship programs, and podcasting/article creation, we're striving to change that.

Skill Sets

Team collaboration and cooperation; ability to adaptively work with multiple people on a team to get a task or project done.

Excellent time management and organizational skills to keep track of deadlines, important events, ongoing projects, etc.

Effective and eloquent writing skills (both in a creative and practical capacity) for both proposal drafting and creating innovative prose for our event announcements and website updates.

Extensive experience (either in school or outside of school) working in the areas of social justice, publication design, graphic design, or community engagement.

Requirements

Must be a student currently enrolled in high school

Suggested/strongly encouraged: located in the DMV

Applicants will have to submit and be willing to complete the following:

Full resume, CV, or related documentation with past work experience, achievements, etc.

Interview with our Co-founders

**All internships will be conducted remotely*

Minimum Duration: 8 weeks (July-August)

Full-Time/Part Time: Part-Time

Hours Per Week: 6-8 hours/week

Remote/In-Person Status: Remote

Compensation: None
