We are looking to work with excellent aides that will enhance and compliment the goals of the agency as a whole.Job ResponsibilitiesBathing, dressing, grooming, caring for hair, nail, and oral hygiene which are needed to facilitate treatment or to prevent deterioration of the patient's healthChanging bed linens of the patient, shaving, deodorant application, skin care with lotions and/or powder, foot care, and ear careChanging briefs as well as maintaining good hygiene and careFeeding, assistance with elimination (including enemas unless skills of licensed nurse are required to the patient's condition, routine catheter care and routine colostomy care), assistance with ambulation, re-positioning the patients in bed, and assisting with transferHome Health Aide services are those services ordered in the plan of care that the aide is permitted to perform under state lawHome health aide should remind patient to take medications.
