Job Description


Survival Flight is accepting resumes for a full-time Helicopter Air Ambulance (HAA) Pilot position flying a Bell 407 at our base in Keefeton, Oklahoma. Pilot Incentives


  • $15,000 sign-on bonus to be paid immediately upon completion of new hire training
  • 7/7 or 14/14 schedule, depending on the location
  • $15,000 pilot referral bonus
  • Mileage/per-diem/travel pay for work over shifts
  • Annual aviation medical exam reimbursement
  • Off duty and away from base pilot housing provided
  • Starting base salary $82,000 to $92,000, adjusted for experience
  • $25,000 retention bonus to be paid out during the first 24 months of employment


Required Experience


  • 500 hours of turbine time
  • 1500 hours of helicopter PIC time
  • 500 cross-country time
  • 2000 hours total flight time (preferred)
  • 100 hours unaided or 50 hours unaided with 100 hours aided


Preferred Experience


  • HAA Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • ATP Certificate
  • Bell 206/407 Experience
  • NVG Experience


Education/Certifications


  • Current class 1 or 2 medical
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Commercial Helicopter with Instrument Rating
