Engagement Description:

• The primary responsibility will be to create/develop/monitor key initiatives within SHS related to CAHPS and Customer Experience.
• Using any number of tools including Smartsheets, Excel and internal systems.
• The individual will be responsible for consolidating status and milestones for initiatives across SHS, along with managing small to medium initiatives.
• This will be a potential contract to hire position This role is part of the CAHPS and Customer Experience portfolio in Innovate.

• A high proficiency level in specific job related skills is required.
• Finance – an invoicing process, a billing process, a risk management process.
• Assists in establishing and improving project management methodologies, procedures and policies. Coaches and mentor’s individuals on the project teams and provides feedback on performance to their leaders.
• Develops detailed plans and schedules. Monitors project metrics for significant deviations in quality, cost, or schedule.
• Health – a medical assessment.
• Oversees client/customer relations to ensure that service expectations are developed and met. Wide latitude in determining creative solutions to strategic and operational needs.
• Adheres to Project Management Office policies, procedures, and methodologies. Complete knowledge of the Project Management Institute’s standards and terminology.
• May manage multiple projects of moderate size concurrently.
• Responsible for initiating, planning, executing, controlling, and closing complex application and system implementation projects using a formal project management methodology.
• Structured in Financial acumen; financial, business quality, include strengthening core financial literacy concepts and metrics, streamlining processes such as budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, and stepping up compliance
• Involved in the development of strategic plans for projects of high business complexity.

Education/Certifications – Include:

• Continuous learning, as defined by the Company’s learning philosophy, is required.
• Master’s degree in a related field is preferred.
• Relevant combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Health Care, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.
• Certification or progress toward certification is highly preferred and encouraged.
