Rice Fergus Miller is seeking aProject Managerwith a passion for Healthcare environmentsincluding inpatient/outpatient settings, medical office buildings, lab/imaging and behavioral health,experienced in contracts, scope, schedule, fee, workplan development, and staff and resource management.

Essential Functions:
- Manage project financial performance
- Represent the firm in communication with clients, consultants and team members
- Manage staffing within the market and coordinate staffing needs with other Project Managers in the firm
- Take part in the hiring and coordination of consultants
- Form positive relationships and work collaboratively with team members, peers, and senior leadership to support the mission, vision, core values, and performance standards of the firm
- Effectively partner with jurisdictional staff, project teams and clients
- Efficiently prioritize time and work collaboratively with clients and team members
- Provide staff feedback and recognition
- Management of 5+ team members
Minimum Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Revit and Microsoft Office Suite
- Architectural Registration or NCIDQ,or be in process of attaining these credentials
- Bachelor’s in Architecture or Interior Design, from an accredited program preferred
- A background in planning and the technical aspects of healthcare architecture and/or interior design
- Familiarity with Ajera (accounting software) a plus
- 10+ years of healthcare or related design, planning and management

This position is an exempt position with a pay range of $88,117 to 132,275 per year.
