ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Director Program Delivery Lead (Continuous Improvement Delivery Lead).
Leads continuous enterprise delivery improvement efforts and set-up governance and metrics related to constituent continued improvement. Works closely with Delivery Leadership, Client, and service line delivery teams with initial focus on Operation Support: Claims, Provider Data Management and Call Center.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Complex delivery, Stakeholder Management, Conflict Resolution, People Management etc.
- Drive delivery transformation, technology infusion, customer communication and benefit articulation
- Establish and manage a working relationship with delivery excellence organization
- Responsible to set-up delivery and governance rigor and reviews operational metrics, assess risk and drive mitigation plans, review SoW / work orders
- Responsible for identifying and supporting initiatives to improve SLAs, metrics and other critical hygiene factors that impact the Account
- Lead delivery governance & work closely with delivery teams withing Provider Maintenance and Call Center
- Owns delivery management and delivery excellence
- Reporting to our internal senior management or Leadership teams on the overall engagement (across different dimensions like delivery, bid management, staffing, financials etc.)
- Liaise and manage collaboration between service lines to bring in synergies and ensure successful delivery
- Track and support the activities of project teams to ensure quality and timeliness of multiple complex programs
Required Capabilities/Skills /Years of Experience
- Proven record of achieving organization optimization.
- Ability to work independently to manage the whole program and respective stakeholders and projects
- Good understanding of E2E operations and impact of Provider Data Management and Call Center handling
- Proven record on achieving highest levels of Delivery Excellence with ability to effectively govern and manage scope
- Ability to collaborate and resolve conflicts in a diverse matrix organization within Cognizant and with clients
- Must have proven experience in successfully executing large size delivery
- Excellent client management, relationship building and escalation management skills
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills, strong people management
- Experience in driving end-to-end delivery across shores
- Influential leadership capabilities who can have impactful conversations with Executive leadership / Senior leadership stakeholders both on client side and internally within the Cognizant side.
- Experience with continuous improvement process and methodologies
- Experience in managing portfolio of engagements across different technology platforms
- Good understanding of Agile delivery methodology and DevOps / Automation concepts
Preferred Capabilities/Skills/Years of Experience
- Experience developing dashboards to track/monitor overall program status and health, including tracking to Revenue and Margin.
- Excellent understanding of Digital technologies
- 15+ years’ experience in managing large programs
- Experience in healthcare business and technology preferred.
LOCATION
Remote – Anywhere in the US, some travel required.
