As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you'll play a crucial role in gathering essential information from patients, guardians, attorneys, and auto insurance carriers. Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Experience: Preferably call center and data entry experience, but we welcome entry-level candidates with basic office computer skills.
Working Hours
Full-Time: Day shift from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Part-Time: Flexible day shifts available, accommodating the needs of parents with children.
Location
This position is based in our office and is not a remote opportunity.
