Health Research Engagement Specialist - Nih

***This position is estimated to support a hybrid work arrangement that includes a mix of remote and on-site work in Bethesda, MD.***

TASKS

(1) Support the Division of Engagement for the All of Us Research Program by leading complex and cross-divisional projects with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced and dynamic environment to ensure stakeholders receive excellent customer service

(2) Conduct project-related activities including developing needed materials, PowerPoint presentations, arranging discussions, and facilitating interactions.

(3) Perform relevant data analysis to support program activities and reporting

(4) Develop summaries of project status and performance for review with senior leadership

(5) Recommend and support routine project management meetings, updates and prepare a variety of status reports and dashboards.

(6) Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation library

(7) Establish project metrics to measure and evaluate project cost and performance.

(8) Coordinate and conduct internal management studies and provide trend analyses

(9) Coordinate with other project managers to identify and share project best practices, common approaches, and reports

REQUIREMENTS

(1) Minimum of bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Biology, or related discipline

(2) Minimum of 2 years of experience guiding and managing complex projects involving multiple collaborators/partners and strategic planning

(3) Experience with patient/participant engagement and education related to research studies preferred

(4) Experience with meeting coordination, meeting minutes, reports, and data analysis

(5) Strong critical reasoning, analytic, problem solving, organization, and planning skills; ability to work independently on a variety of tasks simultaneously while adhering to deadlines

(6) Experience with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, WebEx, Asana, and/or related project management/collaboration tools
