Position Summary The Health Center Administrator is responsible for oversight of the front and back office administrative and clinical operations for Health Centers with under 25 employees. This position oversees the areas of clinical services and activities including performance reviews, patient relations, patient safety, regulatory compliance, and service excellence. The Health Center Administrator provides clinical supervision and clinical oversight, training and mentoring for clinical staff using the Triple Aim framework. The position supervises clinical activities ensuring clinical programming supports Terros Health’s whole person care philosophy. The Health Center Administrator ensures the practice meets quality, cost-effective care to all integrated Terros Health patients. Oversees the business operations for the health center. This position directly supervises clinical workforce and Health Center Relations Staff, and works under the direct supervision of the Health Center Director.


Essential Duties


  • Services as an expert regarding evidence-based practices and quality care.
  • Provides and documents clinical and administrative supervision, consultation, and mentoring of daily clinical operations for direct reports, ensuring the needs of patients are being met and services are delivered as outlined in Individual Service Plans. Monitors and evaluates clinical team members through clinical supervision and chart reviews.
  • Builds a strong team and leverages their collective skills and experience to achieve results.
  • Identifies individuals’ strengths and/or development needs and provides coaching and mentoring to help develop skills and knowledge to be successful.
  • Conducts regular quality reviews of all clinical team members and provide coaching for areas of improvement.
  • Ensures the measuring, reporting and continuous improvement of Health Center’s performance.
  • Adept at using data to inform business practices, holds teams accountable for productivity standards.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS


  • Must have a valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card or apply for an Arizona fingerprint clearance card (Level 1) within 7 working days of assuming role.
  • Must have valid Arizona driver’s license, be 21 years of age with minimum 4 years driving experience, and meet requirements of Terros Health’s driving policy
  • Must pass a TB Test.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience or equivalent combination of experience and education Proficiency using Microsoft Office suite and electronic health record system. Experience with NextGen EHR a plus.
  • Must be in compliance with Terros Health’s policy for COVID-19 vaccination.
  • Master’s Degree in behavioral health or related field and is licensed at the independent level in accordance with ARS Chapter 33, Article 1 under the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LISAC)
  • Thorough understanding of clinical documentation requirements and procedures.
