GuestXM, our newly launched restaurant analytics and actionability platform, empowers restaurant and service enterprises using an innovative approach that combines a unique blend of omnichannel data sources, decades of restaurant industry expertise, and next generation technologies to improve analysis, decision making and strategy, from corporate executives and boardrooms all the way to the restaurant front lines.
To accelerate this mission, we are looking for a game-changing leader who can lead the vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution of our flagship product.

What You'll Do
Product Strategy
Define the product strategy and product roadmap based on overall business strategy, customer needs, market analysis, competitor assessment, and feature research
  • Collaborate and work cross-functionally with stakeholders including Executives, Design, Engineering, Marketing and Sales to ensure successful launches.
  • Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact, including TAM/SAM/SOM analysis, time to market, build vs buy, and MVP core vs context discussions
  • Leading the conversation with stakeholders in trade-offs when facing multiple options, and enable these stakeholders to also be successful with the selected path forward
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and detailed input into pricing, go-to-market strategy, and competitive positioning for the business
Product Development, Delivery and Design: Build and lead an effective product team that executes seamless user experience and interface:
  • Manage resolution of urgent technical issues while communicating changes to business stakeholders.
  • Ensure new features can be managed and configured by the Operations team to support feature adoption and success with customers
  • Collaborate daily with Engineering to ensure projects, features, and stories are clearly defined and properly phased to facilitate timely delivery of functionality.
  • Develop metrics and KPIs to measure the success of products and identify areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with UX designers to research, define, and test next generation experiences that increase adoption, conversion, and satisfaction metrics.
  • Manage inbound feedback and support, outbound messaging and delivery
  • Translate product strategy into requirements and wireframes to support internal decision making and early customer and prospect engagement.
  • Lead our product management team across a wide product surface area, including end-user features, data and analytics, cloud tech, and A.I. capabilities.
  • Manage sprints, ensure completeness of detail for stories, estimate realistically in collaboration with engineering, align to budgets
Product Marketing: Working with Marketing counterparts to develop and mature product marketing strategy and support execution of user recruitment pipeline.
  • Ensure effective communication of marketing company products, leveraging the CEO, and cross-functional digital marketing team.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and detailed input into product messaging and marketing, from website to customer-specific presentations
  • Interact directly with current and prospective customers to relay the products’ value and benefits while sourcing feedback and assessing reception and experience.
  • Fully support development of product sales strategies and partner with Marketing to execute needed materials for effective product marketing.
  • Empower sales, technical sales and other stakeholders with early prototypes and other tools to help cast vision while bridging between selling and delivery perspectives)
  • Engage users in pre-launch (beta) testing from concept to prototype and launch to provide referenceable customers for launches
What You'll Bring
  • Ability to manage multiple dimensions, from inbound to outbound, from delivery to marketing
  • A team-player attitude with high-energy and a strong desire to help improve internal processes beyond your day-to-day tasks
  • Excellent presentation, communication and meeting facilitation skills, credibility in front of customers, executives and large audiences
  • 8+ years experience in a high-ranking Product position, preferably as a Head of Product in a complex B2B / SaaS business setting8+ years of experience in the disciplines of product marketing, management, and delivery
  • Detail oriented; superior problem solving and organizational skills; an ability to conceptualize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects.
  • Proven experience scoping, managing, and executing complex and ever-eolving product roadmaps
  • Experience working with the executive management team to ensure they are fully engaged in product launch decisions.
  • Experience with launching new products by collaborating with customer service, product marketing and marketing on go-to-market and lifecycle marketing strategies.
  • Restaurant/Hospitality industry experience preferred
  • Experience with pricing and building developing go-to market strategies
  • Experience with product research and modeling effective product-market fit
  • Proven experience resolving daily internal and external problems and challenges
  • Ability to effectively conduct user interviews and establish processes for others to engage and communicate user input and feedback
  • Experience managing teams with varying levels of experience, building team members to increased capacity
