Head Of Of Product

We’re looking for an experienced Head of Product to join our Enterprise Benefits Marketplace platform Product team to help us expand and build on our commitment to connecting the healthcare eco system for the patient. At SureCo, we are pioneers in creating the first employee driven marketplace for healthcare, revolutionizing the way employees choose health plans, programs, and services. As we continue a trajectory of explosive growth, we are seeking a visionary Head of Product to join our ranks and help shape the future of healthcare.

As the Head of Product, you'll spearhead our product strategy, roadmap, and execution, working alongside a world-class product team and managing a group of dedicated Product Managers. Your leadership and insight will be instrumental in delivering innovative healthcare solutions that not only meet the needs of a diverse array of stakeholders, but also exceed their expectations.

Responsibilities

• Direct the design and user experience of our platform, leveraging data-driven insights to enhance product usability and drive user engagement.
• Assume ownership of a key product area, applying your unique expertise to guide its growth and success.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and market dynamics, driving continuous product innovation and maintaining our competitive edge.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, to ensure successful product launches and ongoing product support.
• Cultivate and lead a team of Product Managers, fostering an environment that strikes a balance between rigor, creativity, and strategic innovation.
• Work closely with stakeholders such as Benefit Consultants, Brokers, HR Managers, and employees, integrating their feedback into our product enhancements.
• Develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap for our Enterprise Benefits Marketplace platform, ensuring alignment with company goals and market trends.
• Streamline and optimize product operations and development processes, implementing best practices to improve time-to-market.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated leadership in managing Product Managers and transitioning organizations from early-stage startups to high-growth scale-ups.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Strong background in product design, applying user-centered principles to create intuitive and engaging products.
• Demonstrable experience managing the end-to-end product development process, from ideation to launch and iteration.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build consensus among diverse stakeholder groups.
• Experience in managing financial implications, including budgeting, benchmarking, and resource allocation.
• Proven track record of driving product strategy and execution in an Enterprise SaaS environment.
