Position Overview:

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Head of Operations responsible for overseeing and enhancing all aspects of Blytzpay's operational activities. This key leadership role requires a visionary and results-driven individual with a strong operations management, payment processing, and collections background. The Head of Operations will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence, drive efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Payment Processing: Oversee and optimize payment processing operations, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, managing risk, and maximizing transaction success rates.

Strategic Planning: Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.

Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing operations team, providing guidance, and support, and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Process Optimization: Analyze existing operational processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality standards.

Collections Management: Develop strategies and frameworks to streamline collections operations, minimize delinquency rates, and improve overall collections performance.

Performance Metrics: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for the operations team and regularly monitor and report on performance, making data-driven decisions to drive continuous improvement.

Vendor Management: Evaluate and manage relationships with third-party vendors and service providers to ensure quality, timely delivery, and cost-effectiveness.

Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure operational compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, including data privacy and security, and implement risk mitigation strategies.

Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, and proactively identify opportunities for innovation and operational enhancements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.

Proven experience (X+ years) in operations management, preferably in the payments industry or a related field.

Strong knowledge of payment processing, collections, and operational best practices.

Experience in leading and developing high-performing teams.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive data-driven decision-making.

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving operational goals and driving process improvements.

Knowledge of relevant industry regulations, compliance standards, and risk management practices.
