About this role

After building a successful US eCommerce business, Misfits is now launching in Whole Foods and another national retailer in Q3 2023. We are looking for an experienced marketing leader who loves brands, loves marketing, and loves snacking.

This will be our first US marketing hire, a hands-on leader to develop our brand, through in real life and digital marketing activities. This person must be nimble in an early-stage, high growth environment.

Core responsibilities

✅ Spearheads US marketing strategy to grow our audience and rate of sale in retail

✅ With the UK based Marketing Director & Creative team acts as a brand guardianoverseeing US marketing execution online, offline & in-store

✅ Works closely with commercial team to drive online & offline sales

✅ Develops marketing initiatives to support growth objectives

✅ Identifies, briefs and executes with agency partners to deliver objectives

✅ Owns brand partnerships – identifying, agreeing & executing

✅ Oversees small & large-scale branded sampling events

Requirements

✅ 8 years’ experience with a background in CPG desirable

✅ Experience working in a start-up desirable
