Key Responsibilities:
- Spearhead research that underscores customer needs, behavior, and trends
- Develop and execute a comprehensive brand marketing strategy that aligns with company goals and objectives.
• Work across all marketing teams to Craft strategies for Digital, Advertising, Communications and Creative.
- Develop and instill social media strategies, ensuring brand messaging is consistent across all platforms
- Manage and mentor a team of brand marketing and design professionals
- Ensure the brand communications are prominent across public relations efforts, including media relations and crisis communications
- Analyze marketing data and metrics to measure effectiveness and make data-driven decisions
- Create and manage promotions, events, and sponsorships that support brand awareness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer experience, to ensure brand messaging is aligned with business goals
- Oversee advertising campaigns, including creative development, media planning, and budget management.
- Develop and maintain brand standards, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in brand marketing, with at least 4 years in a leadership role
- Experience developing and executing successful brand marketing strategies
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field; master's degree preferred
- Demonstrated experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills
- Strong understanding of market research, consumer behavior, and industry trends
- Proven ability to manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals
