The Head of Coaching Strategy will be responsible for leading a world-class team of coaches and providing industry-leading services to the most committed law firm owners in America.

What you’ll do:
  • Provide regular reports to the leadership team on the performance of our coaching programs and the success of our clients
  • Speak onstage at conferences as a front-facing representative of the program and sell coaching services to new law firm owners
  • Grow and manage the coaching and development team, providing leadership, guidance, and support to ensure team members meet their performance goals and objectives
  • Develop relationships with clients, building trust and providing excellent client service to ensure program retention & renewals
  • Collaborate with the coaching and development team to design and implement strategies to improve coaching, training, and workshop experiences for clients
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure the coaching program aligns with the company’s overall business strategy
  • Stay up-to-date with trends and developments in coaching and training within the legal industry, and ensure that the coaching and development team remains current and knowledgeable in these areas
  • Develop and manage budgets for coaching and development programs, ensuring that resources are used effectively and efficiently
  • Conduct regular coaching sessions with clients to assess their progress, provide guidance and support, and adjust the coaching approach as necessary
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations of coaching and training programs to ensure they are effective and meeting the needs of clients
  • Maintain a high-level structure of the program, including calls, workshops, and other touchpoints with clients
  • Work closely with the content team to develop and deliver effective and engaging workshop presentations and training programs that meet the needs of our clients
We’re looking for someone who:
  • Demonstrates a strong stage presence with the ability to effectively deliver engaging, thought-provoking presentations
  • Has strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make recommendations based on findings
  • Possesses strong C-suite communication, interpersonal, leadership, and management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members
  • Has earned a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in coaching, psychology, or business
  • Possesses leadership experience with a minimum team of 30 (including a proven ability to drive performance at all levels, including seasoned leaders)
  • Has strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Has a proven track record of developing and delivering successful coaching and training programs
  • Can demonstrate a deep understanding of what it takes to own and run a successful business, even if they have not done so themselves
  • Is willing to travel domestically and internationally and attend conferences representing Crisp
  • Is comfortable working independently, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines without hand holding
  • Has 5+ years of experience in business & leadership coaching, preferably within the legal industry
  • Is 100% down to challenge the status quo and proactively seek areas where we can improve
  • Is knowledgeable in best practice coaching methodologies and techniques, as well as the legal industry and the challenges faced by legal professionals and businesses
