What a Guest Service Representative does!


Working At Our Historic Site, The Day To Day May Include


As a guest service representative, you are the first interaction with the guests. You’ll direct guests to their destination and provide any additional important information. This is an integral support role for the hospitality team as we set first impressions for the perfect experience.


  • Supporting wine club purchases, process will call orders and order pick ups
  • Tracking foot traffic, parking lots, and report issues that may arise
  • Assisting guests with inquiries, regulations, and policies
  • Greeting and directing guests and club members according to our reservation system
