Guest Service Coordinator Overview


Stay Alfred is looking for a motivated Guest Service Coordinator to join our growing team! This is one of our most hands on roles, for someone excited about the guest experience, and who lives in the Phoenix / Scottsdale / Tempe greater area. As a Guest Service Coordinator, you will support the City Manager and the day to day operations of the units in our cities. The right candidate will have an eagerness to learn, and will enjoy the challenges that come along with a rapid growth and change environment. Primary Duties And Responsibilities


  • Live by and champion our cultural values: Happy, Hungry, Honest, High-Performing, Humble and H-Loyal
  • Ensure our vacation rentals are kept to quality, cleanliness, and maintenance standards
  • Communicate the needs of our guests between multiple departments within the company
  • Track inventory in units and our storage facility
  • Help develop solutions for guest issues: Difficulty with arrival & departure instructions, requests for additional items, wifi connectivity issues, troubleshooting, etc.
  • Guest Service Coordinators spend many hours physically functioning: Standing, walking, bending or reaching, to satisfy guest needs
  • Understand our resources and be able to utilize them in an effective manner
  • Cleaning, Housekeeping, and Customer Service
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with building staff, vendors and coworkers


Qualifications:
  • Reliable transportation required
  • Availability to work flexible hours to ensure the needs of our guests are met, including nights, weekends and holidays
  • Experience in a Self Supporting Role with limited supervision
  • The ideal candidate will have varied experience in hospitality
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs; strenuous pushing/pulling required from time to time
  • Hotel Supervisory / Customer Service Experience is a plus
  • Basic understanding of maintenance, housekeeping and concierge/front desk operations a plus
