Growth Marketing Manager :

As the Growth Marketing Manager, you will work directly with the founding team to ensure the successful launch and scale-up of the business. To be successful in this role, you will have to show a strong entrepreneurial attitude as you’ll wear many hats at once. You will be responsible for thought leadership and strategy development to grow the business beyond the pilot stages and create a path to improving key performance indicators for the business. Additionally, you will work across a variety of different growth marketing channels, with a focus on paid/organic media. This role requires a deep understanding of direct-to-consumer e-commerce brands, a creative mindset, and a data-driven approach.


What you’ll do as the Growth Marketing Manager:

  • Create and manage a content strategy, including blog posts, articles, and other written materials that align with our brand voice and objectives
  • Collaborate with the brand design agency to develop compelling visual assets and ensure brand consistency across all channels
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities for brand activation and marketing
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners involved in brand activations and marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate closely with the co-founder team to align brand activation efforts with overall business goals and growth strategies
  • Develop a holistic brand strategy to scale the brand, and drive consumer engagement and brand loyalty
  • Lead an RFP for performance marketing and brand design agencies
  • Oversee the implementation of paid social campaigns across various platforms, optimizing for audience reach, engagement, and conversion
  • Leverage data and analytics to track campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization


What you’ll bring to the Growth Marketing Manager role:

  • Experience in brand design, including the ability to work with designers to create visually appealing and on-brand assets
  • Proficiency in SEO techniques and strategies, with a track record of improving organic search rankings and website traffic
  • Strong understanding of the direct-to-consumer business model, customer journey, and industry best practices
  • Proven experience (4+ years) leading direct-to-consumer e-commerce brands, with a focus on paid social campaigns, brand design, and performance marketing
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools to track and analyze campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing effective brand activation strategies and paid social campaigns
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (MBA Preferred)
