Role:

As a Growth & Marketing Intern (unpaid), you will play a critical role in growing the Heyfounded audience, managing our content, creating distributable materials, working on our newsletter, creating clips, and interacting with our audience.

Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Management:

• Manage the content calendar and ensure timely posting across all platforms.
• Create engaging content for our social media platforms, newsletter, and website.
• Create clips from podcast episodes for distribution on social media.

Audience Engagement:

• Monitor online conversations and participate in them to build brand visibility and thought leadership.
• Interact with our audience on social media by responding to comments and messages.

Newsletter Management:

• Monitor newsletter engagement and suggest improvements.
• Assist in the creation and distribution of our weekly newsletter.

Growth Strategies:

• Assist in the development and implementation of growth strategies for our podcast and social media channels.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of growth strategies and suggest improvements.

Qualifications:

• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s program in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Basic knowledge of content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.) is a plus.
• A passion for startups, entrepreneurship, and a growth mindset.
