Job Description
Silvertree is seeking a growth marketing leader to build and execute a digital marketing strategy which can reach our audiences with our key messaging, help to establish our brand, and drive measurable growth via customer acquisition tactics. This role will report to our Head of Growth and work very closely with our CEO and Head of Product to craft a digital-first, paid and owned cross-channel strategy. They will own the most critical pillar of the overall marketing strategy - customer acquisition. Our ideal candidate is a data-driven, strategic thinker and a tactical executer when necessary.


The preferred location for this role is Boston or New York, but fully remote is an option for the right candidate.


What You’ll Do


  • Report and optimize on customer acquisition learnings from paid / owned digital strategy on a weekly basis. Combine campaign learnings with website analytics to recommend optimizations and A/B testing structures
  • Lead the development and ensure flawless execution of digital campaigns including on-line SEO, Google Adwords, paid social media, email, mobile and emerging channels
  • Create and manage a digital marketing calendar tied to brand and product release activities. This includes paid and owned social channels.
  • Develop and plan cross-channel, digital-first marketing programs to acquire new customers – specifically leveraging owned content and distributing strategically via social media networks


Requirements


  • Strong knowledge of the technical elements involved in digital marketing practices (site structures, SEO, tag management)
  • Detail-oriented, consistency in creating on brand messaging across all digital channels and consumer touch points
  • Minimum 5 years experience working in digital marketing at a DTC or consumer product company.

  • Experience in managing social media campaigns on Youtube, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter including PPC strategies and expenditures
  • Extensive knowledge across GA4 and other web analytics tools
  • Data obsessed. Demonstrated experience gathering and analyzing consumer insights to inform decision-making
