We are currently seeking a Groundskeeper to join our team at Enclave at Pine Oaks, a 228 unit apartment community in Deland, FL. $1,500 sign on bonus included!

• Perform minor property maintenance tasks to assist Maintenance
• Maintain the appearance of the office, building, and grounds
• Assist with cleaning and painting vacant apartments
• Customer service oriented
• Subject to change; restrictions apply Position Summary: As a Groundskeeper, you will be responsible for keeping the premises of the office, building, amenity areas, and grounds in a clean and orderly condition. Responsibilities:
