Job Summary:

The Greeter is our customer’s first point of contact, face to face, or over the phone. Every guest is greeted with a smile, enthusiasm, appreciation and made to feel like part of our family. This is done while maintaining exceptional employee relationships and supporting all departments.

Job Duties:

• Adhere at all times to the One Price, One Person ® philosophy
• Greeting customers outside
• Complete Opportunities To Do Business “OTBD” sheet nightly
• Maintain an accurate log of customer traffic in customer relation management software (CRM) and rotation log
• Assign sales guest to the next available sales manager in rotation
• Issue, receive, log-in/out ALL dealer plates for test drives & borrowed car agreements (BCA)
• Relentlessly strive to improve an inviting and friendly environment to all guests
• Offer every customer complimentary coffee
• Answer and direct all incoming calls to appropriate departments & personnel
• Other duties as assigned
• Execute all duties in a manner consistent with our values: high-character, engaged, team-player
• Answer high volume calls
• Direct returning customers to the appropriate personnel
• Restock all refreshments throughout the day
• Provide a world class experience for your customers, colleagues, and employees
• Maintain a clean showroom and front desk
• Maintain desk work
• Receive & Deliver all phone messages to appropriate personnel
• Acknowledge and greet every guest

Skills and Knowledge:

• Requires being able to work outside in all weather conditions
• Stamina: job requires busy days on your feet
• Able to answer high volume calls
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as interpersonal skills to effectively work with employees, colleagues, vendors, and factory personnel
• Imputing data into the computer
• Working in a high volume and fast pace environment
• Able to work well with a team
• A positive attitude, high level of engagement, sense of urgency, process discipline and customer centricity.
• Exceptional organization and multi-tasking skills
