Job Description
Overview:
The Graphic Designer contributes layout design, branding, package design, typography, digital and print production for all aspects of the Braum’s marketing strategy.
Responsibilities:
Principal Duties & Responsibilities
  • Maintains current knowledge of design trends
  • Creates designs that satisfy a diverse array of projects
  • Meets deadlines while juggling multiple projects
  • Versatile design abilities in branding, typography and packaging
  • Adapts to additional duties and tasks
  • Contributes to team effort by fulfilling responsibilities with a positive attitude
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • Proficient Mac and Microsoft Office Skills
  • Ability to work alone or with a team
  • Strong time-management skills
  • A strong portfolio that demonstrates your design skills and creativity with a focus on typography, composition and color palettes
  • Strong branding skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
  • Ability to perform Key Responsibilities as described with or without accommodation
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong understanding of design and print production
  • Knowledge of current market trends and customer behavior
  • Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks without effecting quality
  • Strong typography and design skills
  • Ability to accept and apply critique and feedback
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of design experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design
