Job Description
Role: Sr. Graphic Designer


Location: St. Paul, MN - 55117


Duration: 11 Months on W2


Shift Timings: 9:00 to 5:30


  • Hybrid role in St Paul or Chicago (3 days onsite and 2 days remote).


Skills Looking For


  • Able to pull through the design work assigned by the Art director.
  • For the second designer, Adobe Illustrator exp (Especially with Gradients)
  • Online portfolio is needed and the links can be attached to their resume.
  • One designer will work with a sustainable work stream and another designer will work on traditional marketing materials - brochures, trade shows, understanding production work that are print related.
  • For one designer needs exp with some long-form design (Corporate Annual reports, Sustainability Reports, DEI Reports - Diversity Equity and Inclusion reports), Strong long page layout skills.
  • Typography skills and a good eye for photography.


Education And Experience


  • Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience working within an internal or external creative agency.
  • At least two years of experience leading the design of projects from concept to completion.
