Digital Photography and videography is a plus! This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director of Marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Use a range of design software tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite, to create graphics, layouts, video, and other visual elements.
- Develop and execute design concepts across a range of marketing and communication materials, such as websites, social media, email marketing, and print collateral.
- Collaborate with the broader marketing team to understand project requirements and develop design solutions that meet objectives.
- Brand owner: maintain, own, and distribute branded assets and guidelines.
- Manage design projects from conception to final production, ensuring high-quality design and timely delivery.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and evolving design technologies to inform future design solutions
- Create visual, graphic, and video support for internal and external needs that align with STAR and Featherlite brand identity and messaging.
Requirements:
- Portfolio of previous design work demonstrating a range of design skills and styles.
- Thorough understanding of design principles, such as typography, color theory, and layout design.
- 3+ years proven experience in graphic design within a marketing or agency environment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-starter approach to work, a positive attitude, and a drive to consistently meet and exceed objectives and take on more responsibility.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
- Strong proficiency in design software tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite.
STAR offers a competitive salary and full benefits in an engaging and collaborative work environment. Qualified candidates committed to making a strong impact in a thriving organization are encouraged to submit a resume.
