Working with a small team as the lead on multiple client projects whose needs are marketing and video production. Job Summary: The Graphic Designer will be responsible for working with us and our clients on creating visually appealing and engaging designs for various mediums, including print, digital, and social media platforms. They will collaborate with the creative team to develop and execute design concepts that effectively communicate the company's brand identity and support marketing and promotional initiatives. The Graphic Designer will possess a strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques to create visually stunning graphics that captivate audiences. Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating creative and diverse design skills across different mediums.
  • Assist in managing multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering exceptional results. Qualifications :
  • Familiarity with web design and social media platforms is a plus.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design software advancements, and best practices to continuously enhance design capabilities.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently while managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
  • Proficient in using design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
  • Develop and design creative concepts for marketing campaigns, advertisements, social media content, and other promotional materials.
  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably within a media or advertising agency.
  • Create and edit graphics, illustrations, and images using industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
  • Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm ideas and create visually impactful designs that align with the company's brand guidelines.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present ideas and receive feedback effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and content creators, to understand their design needs and deliver creative solutions.
  • Knowledge of printing processes and specifications is desirable. Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. The employee may be required to perform other duties as assigned by the Creative Director or management. This role can be a full time or flexible part time position .
  • Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to ensure the highest quality of work.
  • Ensure all designs are visually appealing, on-brand, and effectively communicate the desired message.
  • Produce high-quality assets for print and digital media, including brochures, flyers, banners, social media graphics, website visuals, and more.
  • Maintain an organized archive of design files, ensuring accessibility for future reference and modification.
