Overview
Responsibilities
- Creating a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites with software such as photoshop.
- Works effectively and cooperatively with various disciplines, including the marketing, creative, software development, and business teams.
- Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements when necessary.
- Deliver print ready files - bleeds, slugs, separations etc.
- Uses the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic project.
- Illustrating concepts by designing examples of art arrangement, size, type size and style and submitting them for approval.
- Ensures final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
- Requires working in an efficient manner to ensure design work is timely, whilst ensuring that all attention to detail and quality is maintained.
Qualifications
Software Knowledge Requirements:
- Sketch, Squarespace and 3D (Blender or other) experience is a plus.
- Proficient with Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design, Animate).
- Proficiency in Windows OS platform.
- Ability to use Premiere and After Effects software for motion and video is a plus.
- HTML 5, CSS and JavaScript experience.
Other Skills:
- Collaborative work is essential with all levels of the organization.
- Strong photography and photo editing, typography and proofing skills.
- Attention to design detail, with an interest in usability and user experience.
- Possess very strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation starts at $19.50 an hour. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.
Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses .
