Work you'll do

Deloitte is assisting the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico to administer Federal grants awarded to the Government of Puerto Rico (GPR) as part of the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA), including Closeout and Strategy for ARPA and related grants. The team is looking for an experienced grants management and closeout team member to support ongoing program closeout and strategy activities for ARPA programs. Position responsibilities may include: Supporting close-out of grant programs and on-going evaluation of close-out activities. Working with subrecipients to obtain documentation needed for close-out. Developing or updating processes and procedures for close-out. Monitoring closeout activities.

Qualifications

Required:
  • 4+ years of experience with:
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
  • Experience with Government Accounting, Grant Monitoring, and Procedure Development
  • Experience advising federal, state, or local government stakeholders on strategies to prepare for, respond to, and recover from crises
  • Grant Management

Preferred:
  • Spanish Speaking
  • Previous Consulting experience
